Selling is a two-way process. We send inward to our clients the information of what exactly the customers require so that they can develop those requirements for the customer. Mitica wants to ensure that the product that is being offered is satisfying the customer. We look at the entire Marketing Mix, the controllable variables our clients will use to pursue the level of sales in the target market. We look at product, price and competition, distribution, promotion decisions, process, people, and market’s perception of the company and their product.
Beyond this, we must watch the changes in our industry and help our clients adapt their marketing strategies to economic, social, political and demographic trends and developments.

Coming from family with five generations in the ammunition business and Carlo himself having 40+ years in the firearms and ammunition industry, leads our Sales and Marketing Department. When it comes to knowledge in our market, he and his team will ensure you make the most out of every deal.

Christine has been working in the industry for 20 years. She specializes in key account management, planning and marketing strategies . She sees the big picture in every situation.
